On Saturday, November 12, the grapes that were picked from the parish vineyard, and had been fermenting for two weeks, were crushed and the juice put into oak barrels. The photos show our Saint Seraphim Syrah Wine-makers Guild hard at work, under the expert leadership of Gabe Griovski.
